StorySnobs Pitch Contest

Pitch Your Premise
"Yeah, I'd read that!":These are the words you want to hear, yet premise is where most stories are a nonstarter. What makes for a good story? What elements make it irresistible? At StorySnobs, our editors put your pitch submissions to the test. We’ll tell you whether there’s a story there and how to level it up.

Geared to All Writers
This webinar is geared to writers of all categories, all genres, and for all age groups, from picture book to novel to nonfiction. The webinar will last 1 hour. (Due to overwhelming demand, we’re only able to critique loglines chosen for the workshop. All submissions are confidential unless you are chosen, in which case your logline will be shared during the webinar.)

LIVE Contest
After a brief presentation, we will workshop loglines from attendees. The chosen winner will receive a FREE submission editing package. You will receive submission instructions after registering, and if your logline is workshopped, it will be marked up and discussed for the whole group to see.

Watch On Demand
If you can’t make the webinar date and time, don’t worry. Live attendance isn’t required, nor is it required if you want to submit a logline for workshop. You will receive a replay link to watch the presentation on demand, with no expiration date.
